Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Quality Health and Safety co-ordinator to assist in developing, improving and ensuring the integrity of Sonardyne’s Quality Management and Health & Safety Systems.

Your responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and development of the of both the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO45001:2018 Health and Safety Management System.
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of process management across the business, liaising with all key functions and provide system administration support to Sonardyne’s Process Documentation Centre (PDC) and Process Management System (Nintex Process Manager).
  • Manage the QMS change management process ensuring all QMS documentation is under configuration control and the QMS register is maintained.
  • Provide facilitation and training support in the deployment of the process management software in support of ISO9001 working with functional leads to rationalise processes.
  • Management and migration of training and competency records to a centralized system within Nintex Process Manager.
  • Coordinate the administration of Sonardyne’s internal and external audit program and management review schedule for all regions.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the Health & Safety and Quality Departmental SharePoint Pages.
  • To provide effective data analytics and KPIs in support of process owners and Functional leads to identify improvement opportunities to improve efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and administer the planned lean six sigma programme.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

Essential:

  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office Tools, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • System administration skills.
  • Strong written English skills with a proven capability to communicate.
