We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our Marketing team at Blackbushe. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of digital marketing activities while working alongside experienced marketing professionals.

You will play a key role in supporting marketing campaigns, maintaining digital platforms, analysing performance metrics, and contributing to internal and external communications.


If you join, you will be:

  • Supporting the team in maintaining, collating, analysing and reporting marketing metrics and KPIs across departments

  • Assisting with the upkeep and optimisation (SEO) of the company website, including content updates and amendments

  • Helping manage marketing technology platforms, including email campaigns, nurture campaigns, target lists and lead distribution

  • Contributing to marketing communication campaigns and lead generation activities, including performance reporting

  • Creating, scheduling and reporting on engaging social media content

  • Supporting day-to-day marketing activities and ad hoc projects

  • Assisting with internal communications, including coordinating corporate and product presentations

  • Building strong working relationships across departments

  • Keeping up to date with marketing best practice and sharing new ideas and improvements


Ideally we are looking for:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel)

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Demonstrates company values

  • High levels of accuracy and quality in work

 

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Two A-Level passes, OR
  • Completed an Advanced Apprenticeship, OR
  • BTEC National qualification, OR
  • Level 3 NVQ/SVQ qualification
  • Five GCSEs at grades 9–4 (A–C), including English and Maths

 

It would be a bonus if you had:

  • Basic Photoshop knowledge
  • Understanding of reporting and analytics
  • Experience or familiarity with:
  • Salesforce or HubSpot CRM
  • WordPress CMS
  • Google Analytics
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive, adaptable and willing to learn
  • Good teamwork and relationship-building skills
