Sonardyne is a global leader in subsea technology, delivering innovative solutions across Energy, Ocean Science, Defence and Marine industries. We are now looking for a highly skilled Workshop Technician to join our Brasil operations, supporting the repair, servicing, and calibration of our full range of Sonardyne products.

About the Role
As a Workshop Technician, you will:

Carry out repairs, servicing and calibration of Sonardyne equipment, including component-level work, within agreed timescales and quality standards.

Work within the Brasil workshop and warehouse, ensuring operational efficiency through effective prioritisation of workload.

Provide exceptional technical support to customers, maintaining high levels of satisfaction through timely, proactive communication.

Maintain close communication with the Brasil Repair Coordinator and update on repair and service activity.
-
Build productive relationships with colleagues in the UK Head Office and regional sales offices, ensuring effective information flow and issue resolution.
-
Ensure compliance with all Sonardyne and customer quality procedures, actively supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Promote a strong safety culture, following all Health & Safety procedures, completing risk assessments, maintaining PPE standards, and escalating hazards as required.

Stay up to date on new product releases and technical bulletins, attending training sessions as necessary.
