Are you organised, reliable, and ready to play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a Storesperson to join our Manufacturing/Production team and support the efficient flow of stock across the business.

If you Join you will:

As a Storesperson, you’ll be at the heart of our Goods-In department, ensuring stock and non-stock items are received, booked, stored, and delivered accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving, checking and booking stock into the Syspro 7 database

  • Investigating discrepancies and carrying out stock control duties

  • Picking kits, shortages, requisitions and preparing items for despatch

  • Unloading deliveries, handling and packing parts safely

  • Maintaining a safe, tidy working area and following health & safety, manual handling and COSHH procedures

  • Supporting continuous improvement and 5S initiatives across the stores function

 

Ideally we would like:

  • A UK Driving Licence (essential)

  • Good IT literacy and attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

  • A flexible, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new tasks

It would be great (but not essential) if you also bring:

  • A Forklift Truck Licence

  • Previous stores or warehouse experience (ideally in a production or electronics environment)

  • Knowledge of ESD handling, 5S, and continuous improvement practices

About the Role

As a Project Quality Engineer, you’ll work closely with project managers and design engineers to embed quality standards from proposal through to delivery. You’ll be at the centre of ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirements, driving continuous improvement, and safeguarding quality at every stage of the project lifecycle.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working across teams, and influencing how projects are delivered. The role will require some travel to customer sites and regional offices.

  • Define and document quality expectations and deliverables at the outset of projects.

  • Support risk management by identifying quality-related risks and mitigation strategies using FMEA.

  • Develop and implement project-specific quality plans aligned with Sonardyne project controls.

  • Conduct quality reviews at all key stages: initiation, planning, development, pre-production, testing, and release.

  • Ensure supplier and internal compliance with technical, regulatory, and customer standards.

  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for project and post-launch non-conformances.

  • Promote a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and attention to detail across project teams.

Ideally we would like :

  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO/TS standards, and regulatory frameworks.

  • Experience with quality tools such as FMEA, MSA, capability analysis, control plans, 8D, and RCA.

  • Working knowledge of project management methodology and stage gate reviews.

  • Skilled in auditing, inspection, validation processes, and data analysis.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Proactive, analytical, and able to integrate quality assurance into project planning and execution.

  • APM PMQ qualification.

We are a leading global provider of subsea technology, and we’re looking for a Senior Export Sales Administrator to support our Sales Order Processing team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in managing product and project orders, ensuring smooth worldwide shipments, and maintaining compliance with export regulations.


If you join you will be :

  • Managing and processing customer purchase orders and contracts through our ERP system.

  • Coordinating with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment.

  • Applying for export licences (UK and US) and maintaining accurate product control classifications.

  • Organising worldwide shipments, liaising with freight forwarders, and ensuring all documentation is correct.

  • Monitoring delivery schedules, keeping customers updated on any changes.

  • Producing accurate and timely invoices for equipment orders.


Ideally we would like:

  • Experience in sales order processing and handling project/custom orders.

  • Strong knowledge of exporting worldwide, ideally with experience applying for export licences.

  • IT skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with ERP and CRM systems is an advantage.

  • Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively.

  • Educated to A-level standard (or equivalent), ideally with a business-related qualification.

  • Training in shipping lithium batteries by air, road, or sea would be an advantage.

Are you a hands-on engineer with a passion for technology and the water?
We’re looking for a versatile Manufacturing Test Engineer & Vessel Operator to join our team at Sonardyne. This unique hybrid role blends marine operations (40%) with manufacturing test and applications engineering (60%), offering variety, travel, and the chance to work on cutting-edge subsea technology.

No prior vessel experience? Don’t worry—full training will be provided in towing, launching, and operating vessels.

If you join, you will be:

On the water – Supporting engineering trials and calibration activities across the UK and occasionally Europe. You’ll tow, launch, and operate vessels (up to 3.5 tonnes)—with comprehensive training provided to get you confident and competent.

Onshore engineering – Supporting production testing, running in-house calibrations in our test tanks, and contributing to applications engineering projects, particularly around our SprintNav product line.

Safety & compliance – Upholding the highest standards of safety in vessel operations, transport, and engineering environments.

Technical support – Using your electronics and systems knowledge to fault-find, test, and validate equipment.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone with:

  • A background in electronics, systems, or manufacturing test engineering (HNC or equivalent).

  • Practical experience with diagnostic fault-finding and test tools (Scopes, DVMs, power supplies, etc.).

  • Competence in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and the ability to interpret technical data (drawings, diagrams).

  • A valid UK driving licence with B+E entitlement (training can be arranged if required).

  • A strong focus on safety, teamwork, and adaptability.

  • Willingness to travel extensively, with occasional overnight stays.

It would be a bonus if you had:

  • RYA Powerboat Level 2 (with commercial endorsement).

  • Experience in marine trials or supporting scientific/engineering operations.

  • Familiarity with Sonardyne or similar marine technology systems.

  • First Aid at Sea or STCW certification.

  • Perform simulation and analysis of electronic schematics using PSPICE.
  • Develop detailed electronic system specifications and contribute to technical documentation.

  • Develop, test, and debug embedded firmware using C++, with an emphasis on real-time performance and reliability.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Technical Assistant to join our team in Brasil. This is a key support role within the Production team, helping to keep things running smoothly both technically and administratively.

You’ll work closely with various departments, providing support on everything from maintaining technical documentation to managing office supplies and handling invoices.
