Are you an experienced engineer looking to lead technical development on cutting-edge subsea systems? Join our world-class Custom Projects Delivery Team and play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering bespoke subsea solutions for global markets, including Energy, Ocean Science, Defence, and Offshore Renewables.

If you join you will: 

  • Lead the technical development of custom subsea systems, working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Gather, document, and review customer requirements to define system architectures and propose innovative solutions.
  • Develop and verify system designs through planning, prototyping, testing, validation, and integration.
  • Ensure technical compliance with customer standards and company processes.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues from module to system level.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and manuals.
  • Manage risks, escalate issues as needed, and provide regular project progress updates.
  • Represent the company as a technical authority, engaging with customers and providing training/support.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers and project team members.

Ideally we would like:

  • Strong technical expertise in subsea engineering, system design, and integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and risk management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and methodical with a focus on high-quality project delivery.
