What should I do if my Sonardyne security dongle expires or reports a problem?

Send an email to support@sonardyne.com with the following information
1. Serial number of the security dongle
Note: Some Sonardyne security dongles are installed in the Nav PC and in this case send in the serial number of the Nav PC
2. Software version of the Sonardyne program (example Ranger 2 v6.03.05). The version can be found in Help > About
3. Information on any alarms or events which occurred prior to the reported security dongle issue
When this information is received Customer Support will send you the Remote Dongle Update procedure.
Note: If the Sonardyne equipment is hired from a rental company please contact the rental company who will then request the Remote Dongle Update.
