About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Technical Assistant to join our team in Brasil. This is a key support role within the Production team, helping to keep things running smoothly both technically and administratively.
You’ll work closely with various departments, providing support on everything from maintaining technical documentation to managing office supplies and handling invoices. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for organization.
What You’ll Be Doing

Prepare and review technical documents (manuals, work instructions, reports, product specs)

Keep records and manage document filing systems

Handle administrative tasks including invoicing, data entry, report creation, and payment tracking

Manage office supplies and inventory levels

Support procurement processes in line with company policies

Assist with project documentation and scheduling maintenance activities

Collect and analyze KPIs to support decision-making

Act as a link between technical and admin teams
What We’re Looking For
