We’re looking for a talented Engineering Channel Manager to help grow and strengthen our global reseller network—expanding our reach, enhancing performance, and driving profitable growth across multiple markets.
The Role
As Channel Manager, you will be the driving force behind developing and managing Sonardyne’s worldwide reseller relationships. You’ll focus on building coverage geographically and by market sector, ensuring partners have the tools, knowledge, and support they need to succeed.
This is a UK-based role with global travel, offering the opportunity to influence and grow a high-performing international channel.
If you join you will be :

Managing the performance of resellers from target-setting to regular strategy, value-add, and compliance reviews.

Developing enablement strategies with training, marketing, and sales tools to empower partners.

Streamlining commercial processes for greater efficiency and engagement.

Selecting and onboarding new partners, with clear roles, responsibilities, and incentives.

Creating and maintaining consistent policies on discounts, commissions, and payments.

Supporting commercial initiatives to enhance market opportunities, including Sonardyne’s eShop.

Improving visibility of KPIs with unified dashboards and data sources.

Ensuring all contractual terms are up to date and compliant.
Ideally we are looking for :

3+ years’ experience managing a successful reseller network and/or experience in offshore, underwater technology (or a related technical industry).

A proven track record of growing and expanding channels internationally.

Excellent stakeholder management skills across diverse geographies.

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver significant sales growth.

A collaborative, confident style with excellent communication skills.

A self-starting, proactive work ethic and the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once.
Qualifications:

Degree-level education or equivalent business experience.
