Who are we looking for?
We are looking for Project Managers who can successfully deliver bespoke engineering solutions to customers—on time, on budget, and to specification—while adhering to our internal project delivery processes and meeting required industry and customer standards.
Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering custom development projects on time, on budget, and to specification, ensuring all projects are well-planned, resourced, and executed efficiently.

Supporting proposal and justification activities by gathering and reviewing preliminary input from internal and external stakeholders.

Creating and managing comprehensive Project Management Plans covering scope, deliverables, budget, risks, and milestones.
-
Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and tracking progress against agreed baselines.

Monitoring project costs, reporting deviations and key performance indicators to management as per internal guidelines.

Ensuring project requirements are well-documented, verified, and reviewed by relevant stakeholders.

Managing project risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and escalating significant risks when needed.

Leading and participating in internal and external project reviews, ensuring timely completion of all review actions.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant internal and customer-specific standards and procedures.

Producing high-quality customer documentation such as manuals, record books, interface specifications, and inspection plans.

Maintaining clear and timely communication with all project stakeholders.

Conducting project close-out reviews to capture lessons learned and support ongoing process improvement.

Proven experience in Project Management within an engineering environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and deliver through a matrix organisation.

Strong customer-facing skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Excellent planning, organisation, and multitasking capabilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

A flexible, problem-solving mindset.

Degree-level education (BSc/BEng or equivalent) in Engineering or a related field.

Recognised project management certification (APM PMQ, PRINCE2, or similar).
