Join Our Commercial Team and Be Part of a Global Business
Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for providing top-notch administrative support? We are looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our busy and collaborative Commercial team in Blackbushe.
In this role, you’ll support a wide range of commercial activities, including contract administration, pricing, CRM management (Salesforce), and process improvement initiatives. You’ll work closely with internal teams across the UK and internationally, as well as external customers and partners, to help ensure the smooth running of commercial operations.
What You’ll Be Doing

Administer and manage commercial contracts such as Frame Agreements, NDAs, and Discount Partnerships.

Maintain key databases, including Contracts Register and Subscriptions & Memberships.

Support pricing activities, including adjustments and annual reviews.

Keep Salesforce CRM data accurate and up to date.

Coordinate internal communications such as bulletins and messages.
-
Maintain and improve internal commercial processes and the sales intranet page.
-
Provide administrative support for management meetings and team coordination (e.g., rota management).
-
Assist with vendor information requests and manage the Company Info Pack.

Help manage ad-hoc commercial projects and raise purchase orders as needed.

Act as a go-to support across the Commercial team and demonstrate a proactive willingness to learn.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:

Strong administration experience, ideally in a commercial environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently

A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
Desirable:

Experience with Salesforce CRM and SharePoint (training will be provided)

NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Administration

Previous experience working with global teams or cross-functional departments
Qualifications Required:

Minimum Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
