We’re looking for a Sales Admin Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This is a vital role supporting sales administration, customer service, inventory control, and office operations — ensuring everything behind the scenes runs efficiently.


If you Join

You’ll play a key part in supporting daily operations and delivering an excellent experience for our customers and internal teams. From handling customer orders and managing shipments to coordinating office needs and maintaining compliance documentation, your contribution will ensure that we continue to provide the high level of service Sonardyne is known for.

Key responsibilities include:

Sales & Customer Support

  • Respond to customer enquiries and prepare quotations

  • Process purchase orders and coordinate deliveries

  • Maintain client data and assist with pricing compliance

  • Submit reports for strategic goods to Singapore Customs

  • Support weekly reporting and data coordination for the sales team

Logistics & Inventory

  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments in collaboration with UK teams

  • Prepare and maintain shipping documentation to meet compliance standards

  • Support demo stock and consignment goods inventory control

  • Work with the workshop to maintain accurate stock levels

Returns & Repairs

  • Act as the main contact for returns and repairs

  • Process RMAs and maintain repair tracking reports

  • Coordinate repair quotations and documentation

Hire & Rental Management

  • Process rental equipment requests and maintain rental schedules

  • Update and manage the hire equipment database

Office Administration & Support

  • Organise travel arrangements, training sessions, and event logistics

  • Assist with IT and software/hardware records

  • Liaise with facility teams to ensure smooth office operations

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to ISO, OHSAS, and SCGC standards

  • Assist with compliance to internal policies and statutory requirements


Ideally we are looking for:

  • GCE ‘O’/‘A’ Level or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Admin, or related field

  • 1+ year of relevant experience preferred (Fresh grads are welcome to apply!)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to coordinate with local and international teams

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation

  • Adaptable team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
