Conflict Minerals

Sonardyne is committed to sourcing responsibly and considers mining activities that fuel conflict as unacceptable.

Supplier Statement
Sonardyne’s efforts related to conflict minerals are aligned to the work of the Conflict-Free Sourcing Initiative (CFSI), an initiative of the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition and the Global e-Sustainability Initiative. The CFSI’s work includes the Conflict-Free Smelter Program and the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (“template”).

Please be advised that the current version of the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template, can be found, along with training materials, at http://www.conflictfreesourcing.org. The template provides a common industry approach for the collection of sourcing information related to conflict minerals

The information contained in the template constitutes a critical part of Sonardyne’s due diligence program and all suppliers and potential suppliers of products using conflict minerals are required to complete the template in accordance with the instructions set out herein.

When completing the template, please note that complete mine and smelter location address must be submitted for any smelter that is not included in the dropdown menus in the Template.

The completed template must be submitted to the Sonardyne Materials Controls Manager (purchasing@sonardyne.com) in accordance with the timescales agreed with Sonardyne for the relevant due diligence activity.

Thank you for your cooperation and support.
