Directions from Rio de Janeiro Airport (GIG):

Depart airport heading Southwest signposted Centro/Niteroi., Continue onto the Estr. do Galeão, then take a slight left at Linha. Vermelha/Av. Pres. João Goulart. Continue following signs for Niteroi/Campos. Take the ramp onto the Pte. Pres. Costa E Silva leading on to the bridge. This is a partial toll road. Once across the bridge keep left at the fork and merge on to Av. Gov. Roberto Silveira. Continue on to the BR101, continue to follow signs for Campos and Vitoria. Continue on the BR101, eventually going through a small town Casimiro de Abreu.

Stay on the BR101, there are 3 tolls to pay at R$ 2.60 each. A short distance after the 3^rd toll booth, turn right following signs to Rio das Ostras. Turn left at Rod. Amaral Peixoto,  travel through Rio das Ostras following signs of Macae. Beware of the speed cameras. Continue toward Macae for approximately 25 Km, passing a lake on your right. Exit onto Avenida Nossa Senhora da Gloria.
